■Working Principle
The device can perform two working modes of spraying when the belt is turned on and spraying when the belt is transporting coal flow.
The belt start-up spray is controlled by the start-stop sensor. The start-stop sensor generates a signal under the induction of the motor current and feeds the signal back to the host. The host drives the Electric ball valve to open the spray; when the motor stops working and no current passes, the electric Ball Valve automatically closes after a certain delay (adjustable).
The coal flow spray for belt transportation is controlled by a touch sensor or a pyroelectric sensor. Only a continuous effective signal can drive the host. The host drives the electric ball valve to open, thereby spraying the designated parts; when there is no material to transport, the electric ball valve delays for a certain time After (adjustable) automatically close. The delay time can be accurate to 0.01 seconds.
